KEYHOUND PRIVACY POLICY Last updated: 27 September 2026 Who we are Keyhound is run by Dale Davies trading as Keyhound, based in Wales, United Kingdom. We are the data controller for the small amount of personal data described below. Contact: support@keyhound.co.uk. Our products collect nothing Keyhound Stream Deck profiles and icon packs are static files (images and settings). They contain no code that runs on your computer, no tracking, no analytics and no network connections. They do not collect, store or send any personal data or device data. Buying on the Elgato Marketplace Purchases are handled by Corsair/Elgato and their payment processor (Stripe). Their privacy policies apply to your account and payment details. We never see your card details. If the Marketplace shares order details with us (for example to deal with support or a refund), we use them only for that purpose. When you email us If you contact us, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and whatever you write. We use this only to answer you and to handle your support request, refund or complaint. Legal basis (UK GDPR): our legitimate interest in providing support, or taking steps under a contract with you. We keep support emails for up to 2 years, then delete them, unless we need them longer for a legal claim or tax records. Our website (keyhound.co.uk) The website uses no cookies, no analytics and no advertising trackers. Our hosting provider may keep short-term server logs (such as IP addresses) for security; these are handled under the host's own privacy policy. Sharing We do not sell or share your personal data. We only share it if the law requires us to, or with our email provider as needed to run our inbox. Your rights You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it or to delete it, or object to how we use it. Email support@keyhound.co.uk.
