KEYHOUND END USER LICENCE AGREEMENT (EULA) Version 1.0 - effective 27 September 2026 This EULA is between you (the "User") and Dale Davies trading as Keyhound ("Keyhound", "we", "us"). It covers every Keyhound Stream Deck profile, icon pack and related file you download (the "Product"), including from the Elgato Marketplace. 1. WHO THIS AGREEMENT IS WITH This EULA is made between you and Keyhound only, not with Corsair Memory, Inc. or its brands (including Elgato) ("Corsair"). Keyhound, not Corsair, is solely responsible for the Product and its content. 2. YOUR LICENCE 2.1 We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the Product on any Corsair product (for example a Stream Deck or CORSAIR GALLEON 100 SD) that you own or control. 2.2 You may edit the profile and use the icons in your own layouts for your own use, including while streaming or making videos. 2.3 You may not sell, share, re-upload, sublicense or otherwise redistribute the Product or its icons, in whole or in part, or include them in any product of your own. 2.4 We keep all ownership of the Product. Third-party open-source pictograms inside the icons remain under their own licences (see the Licenses folder). 3. SUPPORT AND UPDATES Keyhound is solely responsible for any maintenance and support of the Product, as described in this EULA or as required by law. Corsair has no obligation at all to provide maintenance or support for the Product. Contact us at support@keyhound.co.uk - we aim to reply within 7 business days. 4. WARRANTY AND REFUNDS 4.1 The Product should work as described in its listing on supported devices and Stream Deck software versions. 4.2 If the Product does not conform to its description or any warranty that applies to it, we will try to fix it and, if we cannot, we will refund the purchase price to you. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Corsair has no other warranty obligation of any kind for the Product, and any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs or expenses caused by a failure to conform to a warranty are Keyhound's sole responsibility. 4.3 Game keybinds: profiles are built around a game's default PC keybinds at the version date shown in the listing. Games (especially early-access games) can change their defaults, and you may have changed yours. Each key can be re-bound in the Stream Deck app. A change made by a game developer after purchase is not a defect in the Product, but we will aim to update our profiles when defaults change. 4.4 UK and EU consumers: nothing in this EULA affects your statutory rights, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 for digital content that is faulty or not as described. Because the Product is digital content supplied immediately at your request, you agree that you lose the 14-day cancellation right once the download starts; your rights for faulty or misdescribed content are not affected. 5. CLAIMS ABOUT THE PRODUCT You and Keyhound acknowledge that Keyhound, not Corsair, is responsible for dealing with any claim from you or any third party relating to the Product or your possession or use of it, including (i) product liability claims; (ii) any claim that the Product fails to meet any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; and (iii) claims under consumer protection or similar laws. This EULA does not limit Keyhound's liability to you beyond what the law allows. 6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY CLAIMS If any third party claims that the Product, or your possession or use of it, infringes their intellectual property rights, Keyhound, not Corsair, is solely responsible for investigating, defending, settling and discharging that claim. 7. GAME NAMES AND TRADEMARKS Keyhound products are unofficial. They are not made, approved, sponsored or endorsed by any game developer or publisher. Game names are used only to describe which game's controls a profile is built around. All trademarks belong to their respective owners. Products contain no game logos, artwork or assets. 8. LEGAL COMPLIANCE By downloading the Product you confirm that (i) you are not located in a country or region that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist supporting" region, and (ii) you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties. 9. PRIVACY The Product itself collects no personal data. See keyhound.co.uk/privacy. 10. ENDING THIS LICENCE This licence ends automatically if you break section 2.3. You must then delete the Product. 11. LAW This EULA is governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you also keep any protections given to you by the laws of the country where you live, and you may bring claims in your local courts. 12.
